We haven't received anything like this in Alberta, and I would have received such a letter because I will absolutely refuse to take this garbage. I see from the return address that the person who received it is in BC. I am assuming they have the same privacy laws regarding release of medical information as we have in Alberta, and if they do he is entirely correct that that is a violation of that law and it should be challenged.
