Well, do you think a doctor is going to volunteer to use his practice for administering vaccines without a payment ? There's gotta be money in it or he'd send you down to Walgreens or Walmart. I'm sure there would be a higher reward for getting children vaccinated, but many parents are brain-dead anyway.
