Both of My oldest two children suffered broken bones at school requiring emergency room treatment and surgery. There is no reciprocity other than removing them to homeschool and making a complaint at the state level. I removed them from public schools after My oldest boy was choked and held hostage in a seclusion room alone all day long with no food or bathroom breaks. It turned out that this seclusion room isolation is frequent and routine in the public school system. I had no idea that they were doing this to My non-verbal vaccine injured child, but when he finally vocalized it, we found out that it is a first response by teachers and staff, not a last resort at all! They do this often in public schools without warning, authority, consent of any kind, and mostly to disabled children!!! I turned to legal aid who could not help because there was and is an epidemic level of instances of children dying at school, murdered by negligent teachers and staff who shove them into in isolation rooms in public schools that no parents are even aware exist, and then ignoring them all day long until it's time to put them on the bus home. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
