Would it be possible to remove the magnetic material by leaving a magnet on the surface of the skin until the magnetically attractive material accumulates near the area; then position the magnet slightly above the skin over the area while making a small incision in the skin between the magnet and skin allowing the magnetic material to escape to the magnet along with a small amount of blood?
