Gold and Silver backed currency is not as good, as real secure value as in actually holding and trading in the real deal. plenty of test to prove it is gold, like acid and weight plus compare to a known Gold bullion bars, rounds & coins. just saying.. i see no real reason why not to go with real noble metals for currency..
