To look up to government means you do not know what freedom is. You are the government stand up and do what is right for you and your neighbor. The government is not your neighbor, be a real and strong citizen, not a yes man or a fool.

The way out is to learn about Jesus Christ by reading the Bible. He will give you ETERNAL life when you repent of your sin and put all your trust in Him as a young child puts his trust in his parent(s). The new testament is about Jesus more directly than the old testament.
