The Sun you see at sunrise, mid day and sunset is always the same general distance from your point of view. It is also always the same diameter as viewed from your point of view. The Sun's measured distance from earth is essentially the same at any point in a celestial year. There is some minor variations due to earths orbit around the sun is not 100% consistent in being circular. But to your eyes the sun's distance to you does not essentially change at any point during daytime hours. By the earth tilting 21° will have some imperceptible distance variance depending where and when you are standing on earth and looking at it.
