MYLENE FARMER Degeneration with Bi-Lingual Paroles & Words 6.28

  - 6:29

Mylene in concert in 2009, singing her tekno-funky "Degeneration"- translated in English and subtitled in French and English. Although this a light, fast-paced song that gets people dancing, it still retains Mylene talent with words, and when she is singing the song's lyrics, she employs both meanings of "ou" in such a poetic manner, mixing it in with other glossolalia- in this song about the confusion of youth. And so in these words, when the "ou" takes an accent, it means "where", and when there is no accent, it's onomatopoeai.....or, more appropriately...howling at the moon!!! Enjoy and thank you.
