Mylene Farmer's fantastic song "Vertige"- the opening number for her 1996 concerts- translated & subtitled in French and in English. There is only one word in English in this guitar-driven rock number- the word "rain", in the first lines of verse 1 and 3, and the conjugation of "Vertige" is not really possible to attain exactly in the context of this song, as it is being used as a verb. It might have been good as well to use "spinning", "dizzy" as equivalencies for "Vertige" but i wanted to maintain the word aligned with our English equivalent "vertigo". thank you daphne- for defending Mylene as well. God, what a "nice" welcome here on this new channel...with such a lousy comment. I was totally pissed. Anyway, this Boris icon has not responded. Good. Other people who read this comment will certainly not consider his as valid....i hope...lol...and Mylene is wearing basically the equivalent to a bikini for god's sakes...like millions of women when they walk on the beach. What would he have done if he was 10 years old in ancient rome....with all those statues and their butts in the wind.....???..ha ha...lol
