COVID-19 numbers driving force primarily are the new hospital protocols and admission notes, discharge diagnoses and death certificate attribution to COVID and COVID related deaths. The RT-PCR test that is used most often to label someone as a patient of COVID is extremely flawed and bogus. As a medical professional working and looking at what's happening in hospitals in the past 3 or 4 months, i can tell you that this is a medical scam on a massive scale, the likes of which the world has never seen before. People coming with heart attacks, strokes, exacerbations of COPD or asthma, even with accidents and broken bones are being labeled first as "suspected" COVID and then goes into a labyrinth of different departments and isolation wards until he dies of his primary "disease" that he came to the hospital in the first place or somehow develops hospital acquired pneumonia. and from that point on they start giving immunosuppressive meds like high dose steroids, even biological agents to reduce the risk of socalled "cytokine storm" .. which basically aggravates the simple pneumonia into full blown bilateral infiltrates at which point they intubate ,eventually result in death.
