They are, in reality and truth the descendants of Edom, Jacob's brother whom God hated, and will destroy at HIS "Jesus" coming. Not related to ANY of the true tribes of Jacob/Israel, as you can still read in the book of Obadiah and Revelations 2:9 & 3:9 & Gen. 36..
