"acting up" i think he means that the platform was down for at least 3-4 hours if i'm not mistaken...at least i had this experience.
The only seamless platform i'm in without glitses is BitTube.tv
The only anoying thing is that it is not supporting landscape mode for cell phones!!!

p.s. gap and odysee(lbry.tv) are soooo slow lately! New tube is the most friendly, simple and fast platform out there...
