The problem with the Nuremberg Code is that it's enforcement is entirely in the hands of those who are violating it at this point in time in history. Canada is the prime example where there are not too many people in Canada and in the world that do not agree that our Canadian governments at all levels and our medical establishment have grossly violated the Nuremberg Code, and yet the only person that can legally pursue a case involving the Nuremberg Code is the attorney general of Canada, who is a member of the cabinet of the current Liberal Party of Canada that is actively violating the Nuremberg Code.
