I saw what was going on in Ukraine, I was there in March of 2001. I can't say I know everything, but talking with Valentina I asked her what the cost of a summer cottage she had on the outskirts of Nikolayeav ? it was about a quarter acre, about a hundred yards from white beach sands of the Black Sea. She said it was about 2000 dollars. I jumped back and said, "No, this can't be !" You gotta raise the market up to 150,000, or some investor will come in and rape your country !
