Something like this has happened to me before it kept getting stuck on 96%, I eventually gave up and it worked the next day.

If you're using an Android phone try using video compressor, it's a free app. Compressing the videos seems to speed it up for Me. I have run into this before, but you could be right about the virus blocking your uploads.
