Technology That Makes Sense

  - 5:50

The key to moving forward with new energy sources is to get government, the press and academica out of the way of competent technologists.

Hello Tony, hope your well, could you possibly do a video on using Thorium as a energy source. It would be great if you could. As your a reliable source.

People in Germany also gather wood from the forests. The EU wants to reduce the amount of allowed firewood in the energy mix.

Why do so many people think credentials are required for someone to be intelligent?!?

Hey Tony, could you do a video about your excellent credentials. I beleive you are very qualified. Its not that you are just a voice but you also hold merit.

So you deny Al Gore's credentials? So you have to ask Tony for credentials? Who the fuck do you think you are?

Tony is not just a voice but he has a background with solid research and facts! Just look at his credentials.

This would solve the refueling (recharging) time problem. We have vehicles that were converted to run on natural gas. It should be straight forward to switch to hydrogen. Not sure what the increase or decrease in engine power output would be.

Town gas used to be generated from water and coke and consisted mainly of hydrogen, with some carbon monoxide (which rendered it poisonous). This was stored in enormous gasholders. This technology was abandoned in the UK with the exploitation of natural gas (mainly methane). However, it is a very wasteful process. Using electrolysis to generate the gas isn't particularly efficient either, so we would probably be looking at about 30% overall efficiency. Hydrogen is proposed by people who claim to believe in the greenhouse effect yet are apparently oblivious of the fact that water vapour is the most potent greenhouse gas.

Richard Feynman was correct. You are too, Tony.
