Kanye West failed to get the required number of signatures to appear as a Presidential candidate in his home state of Illinois as many of the signatures were deemed invalid as they did not match those of registered voters. However, once he was torpedoed the Democrats changed the rules and no signature matches had to be made in order to have a valid vote. Nice.
