This is disturbing... I realize that you see a human being in "the area"... How large does that area include? "Somebody" called 911 or other # about car break ins... Were there multiple broken car locks/windows... any evidence? I'd rather have 100 guilty go free then 1 innocent person convicted... Which he was. Broken collerbone and concussion and humiliation...for what?

The officer said he specifically matched a description of someone breaking into cars in that same area. He was being detained, not arrested. All he had to do was be cooperative and sort it out one way or another. I'd love to see you armchair quarterbacks police for even one single day. You couldn't do it. Guaranteed.

Liberals are scum: I'm a conservative, and I have huge problems with the conduct of this officer. Contrary to what you've stated, he did not say one single word to the man about why he was being detained. Total lack of communication, and at the very least this officer needs to be sent for retraining, but more than likely he needs to be fired outright, likely along with his partner who went along with this bullshit. The person stopped did not present one single threat to this officer but was only asking what he was being detained for. The video does not give information about what happened to the person being abused by these officers, but if it was found to be innocent, I hope he sues these assholes into oblivion.
