Bleed For It

I look... I look back. To every attack, and every time I've been through hell, I seem to rise above it. It took... An evil act. And the fact that every time, The one who fell, Is always the one behind it. I can see his face in my dreams. I'm the one that wakes up and screams. Fifty years, still haunting me. Through my pleas, there's no release. How long shall my torment. Cause my suffering. When can I be free from it. Victim to my pain. How long now, will God look down, Just to look away. How can they say life is free, when we Bleed For It Everyday. Somewhere, someone lied to me, 'Cause I Bleed For It Everyday. My book... A life in black. A wolf with no pack, every time I go through hell, Alone. I stand to fight it. The hook... What I attract. How can I go back in time, escape this cell, Atone. Time to rewrite it. Try to stop his face in my dreams. Build a wall, I fall apart at the seams. Through my tears, still taunting me. Oh, God, please. This sorrow must cease. Why is justice dormant. Affecting everything. When can I defeat this shit. So I can laugh again. How long now, Will I be bound, To the sins of yesterday. How can they say life is free, When We Bleed For It Everyday. He gave His Life, He Bled For Me. So I'll Bleed For It Everyday. He promised me eternity, Please take my pain away. For this life, my blood's the fee. I'll Bleed For It Everyday.
