On the scanner someone said a deputy saw what looked to be a funnel cloud south of Fulton and around road NN! This might have something to do with the gusty winds in the video! The funnel cloud sighting is the reason why Callaway County sounded the tornado sirens! No local channel had a Tornado Warning on the screen, much less the usual scrolls that move across the screen. No warning message came from my NOAA Weather Radio! Before recording the video I looked outside the living room windows facing the western sky and I said that I thought I saw some weird hanging cloud under what I guess was the wall cloud and it kept changing it's shape and when I looked at it, it didn't look to be rotating, atleast I couldn't see any rotation. I am so glad it didn't touch down! I wasn't even aware that we had a severe risk. I didn't see a severe risk on the Storm Prediction Center website. GAB: @TheDeadmanRules
