While we're on the subject of the Bible - what did Jesus say about divorce? What did the Apostil Paul say about the woman's roll in the church? What about murder/abortion?

False. Catholics, contrary to anti-Catholic propaganda, do not worship Mary. Mary would be given the equivalent position of a Saint at best. We petition Saints to pray on our behalf, we don't worship them as God. "And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women." - Luke 1:28. "And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb." - Luke 1:42. Scripture makes up half of the 'Hail Mary' prayer. The rest is a petition for her to pray for us (to God), as we would for a Saint. "And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints." - Revelation 5:8 (KJV).
