Personally I never liked the fashion of pushing bigger and bigger more expensive houses less affordable houses for the general public, rather than builders offering more affordable and reasonable size houses. I know couples in four floor huge houses, with many rooms never used and only gathering dust. Without going into Japanese style Capsule Hotels, I thing most people would just be happy in their own tiny house on a small piece of land, to be able to grow their own garden.
