I can only imagine the number of safety norms that would be broken, from the lack of security belts, bigger chains, if not dual chains and steel cable, wider chain distances at the top to avoid the seat going sideways and knock the post, bigger posts, with better secured counter weight, a catching net a few feet down. The owner of such swings should be sent to jail, for putting lives in danger; But like toxic vaccines, it's up to people to get smart, and just say no.
