If I write checks against my checking account knowing I don't have the funds in the account, I get in trouble. I am fined by the bank and the business I tried to give that check. I sat on grand Jury and several of these cases were presented. That means you can go to jail. Same damn thing on a grossly massive scale when our government does it. Where is their jail time......crickets.
