The 911 call has been released involving the pilot who was forced to eject from the F-35 jet that went missing. In the 911 audio, the pilot could be heard explaining what had happened. He explained that he was flying at 2,000 feet and was forced to eject due to "an aircraft failure." "We need to get rescue rolling, I'm not suer where the airplane is. It would have crash-landed. I ejected." "I was at 2,000 feet... An aircraft failure." He also asked the dispatcher if she had heard any reports of a plane crash.
