An individual looking like Bill Gates is Briefing CIA community about spreading a VIRUS that can be used to "alter" minds to prevent "fanatical religious belief". Back in 2005 this briefing took place with the CIA - telling the group - the spread of a created virus will alter their brains & DNA - to prevent fanatics in Afghanistan from strapping on Bomb vests and make them "normal people".
