Welcome to postmodernism where no honest discussion can ever be possible because postmodernist theory demands that whatever a person says be taken at face value without any sort of critical examination. One can add to this that nearly everything a postmodernist says well be claimed to be scientific, but of course the problem is that real science actually demands critical evaluation of whatever is being said, and any real scientist should welcome such an evaluation.

If any doctor is pro-vaccine, and that means any vaccine, it means that they have not looked into the issue personally but are simply mouthing what they've been told at medical school and by the medical authorities. Nobody who has done an honest evaluation of the information that is out there could possibly be pro-vaccine.
