Yes in the US too. It is the statistical number 2-3 biggest killer behind cancer etc. The NHS (UK) is purposely getting rid of their jab resistant Drs and nurses in order to reduce their down to 20% and to recruit foreign yes people. The goal is all online and not personal care so this number might explode unless they make law so it is way harder to get compensation for the Drs incompetence. Drs by in large are poorly trained, have zero bedside manner and could not care less about people, looking forward to big farma perks, holidays and kickbacks. And of course their new Benz. That is the bottom line and to find a good Dr is like discovering a 10 KG nugget of gold in the forest somewhere.
