Normally the main ambulance dispatch has 2 per hour. It is back to 10 to 15 per hour. The Ambulances not only have no sirens at all and therefore unless you are watching carefully as nobody is anywhere, you would see that now many ambulances just use flashing tail lights rather than the Blue Flashers. In addition a massive change world wide : Inside the ambulance station there is an alert for the drivers, it is a quiet siren just heard as the door opens and the ambulance comes out. It is gone, there is no notification at all that an ambulance has been dispatched, it is up to the driver to weave carefully in traffic. Every 5 minutes there are ambulances dispatched without any noise. Nothing ever on any news, the odd time a note that a healthy mother and daughter dies the same day and nobody has a clue. They cannot ignore these as people would figure out the news is never worth watching, and they need you watching their messages, If you blink you will miss another dispatch, this is very well thought out, nobody realizes just how many people are dropping from the injections.
