Judges agree this is perverse logic. Tech can add in their own comments about other speech but at the end of the day it is used as a free speech open platform so to avoid criminal bait and switch on top of constitutional losses Tech must not censor. They can censor direct threats. Is it a threat that I want them killed now for Nuremberg Violations of the worst kind under the Nuremberg code. If they censor this then they have effectively overwritten the Nuremberg code. I want to foment as much hatred as I can towards those that deserve the most hatred possible according to the law that says they must be killed which there is no more possible hatred than killing them. These people have to be stopped immediately from injecting experimental lethal toxins under coercion. Enough knowledge and hatred should accomplish the goal of stopping them and saving life, maybe yours. This is a war and you must hate the people killing you in order to stop the killing.
