Isn’t this the type of person we want guiding the country. Every department overseeing a country should be run by Groups of knowledgeable, accredited people who decide policies of the department and vote on all major items, much like the Supreme Court makes decisions. People apply to be on these governing boards and the people vote on accepting them, and can vote to remove them as well. There are no politicians, no parties, just ministry boards that the people oversee the results of boards and if board members should be changed, added, or removed. You vote in members by there skills to sit on the specific boards, not their politics. Much of the work done by boards is verifying information, statistics, qualifications, data and then making very well informed decisions and votes based on high quality information.
