Oil was actually negative two years ago. Do you get it. They build it up to get you in and then shake you out and they buy it back for nothing. Over and over and… They are quickly raising rates to get you out of your home and then will buy it back as they message everyone that homes will never be an investment again. The faster and more you fall for it the faster the cycle repeats and the more pain you have and more pleasure they have.
