The Mena Connection - Contra Scandal, Drugs, and Clinton. The Iran Contra Scandal was one of the darkest periods in the history of American foreign policy. This video looks at this tragic episode from federal and state government perspectives, the latter with a particular focus on Bill Clinton and the Arkansas connection in Mena.
