What if they don't even need to poison the food? What if the real job is to get you to eat too much, to eat yourself to death? "Three square meals a day!" "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!" Things I just lived by, without thinking.. Then I found out they were both ad campaigns paid for by food corporations. All funded to get us to eat ourselves to death. I am doing one meal a day, like my oldest son, and including a fasting day once per week. I at one point, a few years ago, was up to 244lb....
