All I can say is if he did not have his gun to protect himself he would be dead now. The prosecutor should be prosecuting all the rioters. The prosecutor makes it sound like putting out fires is a bad thing or giving aid to someone is a bad thing. This kid should not even been on trial. I am waiting for all the rioters to be put on trial. Has that happened to date? The guy that pointed the gun at his head should be on trial. He is lucky he just got shot in the shoulder.
