The plane simple fact of the matter is that governments cannot sign away the constitutional rights of its citizens to an international body of any kind. The minute any one of these governments with such a constitution signs on to this there will be Court challenges against it, and unless the justice system is completely corrupt this would not survive a constitutional challenge, and if such a judge was to find otherwise that would be justification for a revolution because it would mean that the political system of Western countries is completely compromised. The Constitution of the United States specifically provides for people to do this.
