This isn't a "leaked" document. It's a standard Field Manual available for sale online. Saying this is "leaked" is just bullshiting people. Knock it off.

@Fredy, sorry if I came off harsh, bad mood, dementia. I seem to remember reading parts of this manual back in the '90s but I could be wrong. If you google FM 3-39 you'll find it. You should look for Operation Vampire Killer 2000 as a pdf and read it. Published 1992 I think. That might be were I read parts of this Field Manual.
