Too bad the SC never seems to do any of this any more...what part of "all laws repugnant to the Constitution considered null and void" is so hard to understand? The Constitution & BOR are quite clear, and most "laws" we suffer with are 100% unconstitutional. What's so unclear about "shall not be infringed", for example...
