It always amazes me when minorities get it in their heads that they are above racism. Clearly, this woman thinks that because she's black she cannot be racist by making a purely racist statement like I am only going to support a business that owned by somebody of her colour or culture. It is irrelevant who owns a business no matter if the product they are producing is thought of as a "black product."
