Right, it's not a vaccine, it's gene therapy being hidden as to be a vaccine. There are no proteins on mRNA. when the strand leaves the nucleus and goes to a ribosome, they then fabricate proteins that match the corresponding mRNA nucleotides, mRNA then leaves the ribosome the same way it came in. Manipulating those proteins means your attempting Gene Therapy, and that's against the Law.
