This video contains portions of phone calls regarding submitting a complaint to the IOPC. In the first call (10:35am, 16/05/2017) I enquire with PC Penny Morley about filing a complaint about PC Gary Inman and am told it will be held sub judice due to an ongoing case. In the second call (3:20pm, 24/06/2019) Joe from the Independent Office for Police Conduct tells me that the complaint wouldn't have been held sub judice. The last two segments are the two conflicting sentences from these calls.
