That there folks is a war crime. There is a reason why rules of conflict/war call this crap a war crime. Now whether or not the Russians have done the same is not known for now. But this video shows Ukranian thugs as they are not soldiers committing acts of war crimes. But these assholes only invite Russians to retaliate by doing the same to Ukrainian POWs. These Ukranian thugs need to be arrested and put on trial for these crimes.
