Yeah, I believe Antonin Scalia was killed for his determination that you can't patent an RNA because it cannot exist without the DNA. Therefore the DNA rules and no one can put a patent on it. RNA is made from the building blocks called Adenine Thymine, Guanine and Cytosine or ACTG for short. These building blocks are made from viruses by the mitochondria, you don't get them from the foods you eat. The mitochondria eats them up and spits out ACTG for the waitresses to deliver to the nucleus of the DNA to replicate or make recipes called mRNA that the Ribosomes need to make foods for the cell's health. Viruses are not suppose to hurt you but yearly a corona or some form of bug gets in and hijacks the copy machine and makes you sick. If a virus is a good virus, the copy machine delivers billions of copies to all mitochondria throughout all the cells so they can make plenty of ACTG for all the DNA's. This is why many Professors believe we evolved from viruses; in which I don't believe for a second.
