Quick question, I had witnessed Frontier aka Verizon installing large 2" or so in diameter, Fibre optic cables atop the power poles, and under the streets in areas lacking power poles. These cables are not spread through out the entire town. Seemingly only being present on power poles in neighborhoods around cell tower locations in what seems layered patterns. When I conversed with the Frontier employees installing said cables they claimed the purpose is for providing internet, land line, and cable services transfered through Fibre optics. I haven't seen any ads or commercials offering such service. Plus after the fibre optics were installed the extremely high readings on my tri-field meter reduced considerably, from to high to measure down to 15.-20.) in areas near these Fibre optics cables. Is it possible the signals being transmitted from the cell towers. Are set to such a high level in order to reach their designated points. That portions of the signals around the antennas and in-between the ground and the top of the power poles are being captured in order to reduce our abilities to gain true measurements of the signals being transmitted. Further, I have physically verified there Fibre optic cables have been installed similarly in 2cities above and 2below this small California city.
