Even if it was approved by the FDA, it's a complete leap of logic to say that it means that every organization under the sun can mandate it for their employees, students, or whatever. Mandating medical procedures, therapies, or medications is completely unconstitutional in any democracy. Any country where this is found to be legal by the courts can be counted as a banana republic and its constitution may as well be used for toilet paper for all it's worth, and this includes especially the United States because their constitution absolutely prohibits this sort of crap.
