I can say it simpler then that, "Ignorance is Bliss." I come from a deep rural area in the south, and their ways will never move forward to the future. Their religious beliefs hold them indefinitely in the past and anything closer to intelligence is considered "out there in the Big Cities." There's nothing you can do but watch, a prophet is not welcomed in his own town. If Jesus were to have served his purpose in another town way far away from the middle east, they would've glorified him. You can't change ignorance, don't try, you'll be severely hated for it.
Excellent thought process, however, the missing element is that we are actually witnessing spiritual blindness. Removing the Truth of Christ leaves a void that will be filled with the author of lies.
True, self-explanatory, and why they perpetrated the #Scamdemic with the gay abandon they did -- i.e., they knew the "70%" would believe ANYTHING that they were told, no matter how absurd.
