In my view it is purely schizophrenic. Identifying the problem and praising the system which has produced that problem. The fraud isn't a problem, the system which allows the fraud is. Fraud will continue and become more sophisticated as long as those who criticize it will praise democracy. Fraud is the child of democracy. It is crazy to elect an official to a high office simply on a number of many illiterate and uninformed voters. I call the American system a "Vulgar Democracy". Democracy should stop to be a sacred cow. Will the system change? I doubt it. System can be changed only if majority of the legislators have a political will to change it and no party will change a system which brought them to power.
