Why didn't you say 73.01 miles above the Earth ? For one, you say the center of the Earth which cannot be the Equator because for a fact, it's thinner to reach outer space from the Tropic of Cancer. This is why NASA uses Florida to launch space ships to outer space; actually in orbit.
