I always thought that in the period of belief in witchcraft that the accused were tortured to make them confess, but I discovered recently that most of them admitted to it because when accused of certain acts they believed they had actually made them happen. Al Gore is in this category. He actually believes the nonsense he spouts, along with many others. Torture them and they will still maintain this is the truth. They are insane.

They insist on the manmade climate change narrative, because they don't want people to look too much into the sun. It is why they've wanted us to focus on incrementalism and long-term stability in geology, instead of putting serious thought into catastrophism. It's why they don't want us to consider that stories hidden within mythologies and religious texts may be accounts of actual natural phenomena that happened. --------If people were to realize that a cyclical event was going to happen in their lifetime or the lifetime of their children, the ruling class would lose control, and lose the ability to get the labor, money, and resources from the rest of us in order so that they can build the infrastructure to save themselves. Accelerating the upward transfer of wealth, moving toward complete control over the population is how they can amass the resources necessary to build what they need within a certain timeframe. They couldn't outright enslave everyone and go outside the fabricated economic systems, or the people would rebel.
