Sounds like a BO appointee. More total blather. I remember BO also appointed Lawrence Sumner as his economic advisor too, same fella that brought us 2008 economic crash under GWB. Just as BO told us that economic collapse was eventual and all he could do was try to control the descent, so he told us that anthropocentric catastrophic climate change was beyond our ability to stop and that all we could do was try to cushion or forestall the coming catastrophy. All lies. Trump showed us that we didn't have to experience a collapsing economy, but that the globalist elitists wanted America to collapse economically. The same is true of climate. The globalist elitists need us to fear anthropocentric climate change to give them their raison d'etat for their total hegemony over our lives. Nothing more. Earth wobbles and climate change is Milankovitch cycles, not CO2 ridiculousness. CO2 follows temperature. It's colder now because we're into coming ice age, not because of global warming gobbledy-goop.

He just "BELIEVES" it. We never get to hear what the debate is.

Yet, every extraordinary weather event is trumpeted by Democrats as "proof once again of climate change". Every heat wave, cold wave, hurricane, tornado, early frost, late frost, drought, flood or heavy dew is just more "proof" for these idiots.

"Global Climate" is a ridiculous term, as climates vary greatly from place to place, across the globe.

I always thought the belt of high speed air towards the Pole was called the jet stream. I suppose a made-up science must make up its own terms. Piers Corbin has a somewhat more credible explanation for the jet stream instability, and it has nothing to do with 'global warming'. Holdren is a Malthusian, looking for any excuse to reduce population. and must retain the AGW myth at all costs. He is a protegee of that charlatan Ehrlich, such people always have the ear of tyrants. What is suspicious is that the 'polar vortex' is a post hoc proposition advanced soley to rescue a duff theory. In science we make predictions, so this should have been predicted BEFORE the event if were to attach any credibility to it. This isn't science, it is astrology.
